Click to print the
TITLE ORDER FORM | RECORDING FEES

In the window that opens, click on "FILE", "PRINT" in the top menu on the form or page you want to print.. 

If the results are not as they should be.  For example, if the page is cut off.  Check your browser page margin settings. You may have page margins set too large which is cutting off the page. 

To change page margins:  In Internet Explorer, on the top line menu go to: "File" then "Page Setup", Be sure that page margins are set as follows: 

"Top, Left, & Right to 0.25", "Bottom to 0.75"  These margin settings should work for most inkjet and laser printers.
